  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Opened hygiene or health-related items (e.g., bedding, intimate apparel)


How to Return an Item

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Prepaid Label Option: We can provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. The label cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exceptions: For defective or damaged items, Kdealstra will cover return shipping costs.


Refund Process

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
